The actual room. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The overall cost was prohibitive, and in particular the valet parking, there was really no choice but to use that option because it was not possible to park elsewhere. The restaurant and bar lacked customers and hence ambience and became a self fulfilling prophecy!!!
It’s location was good. The shuttle service was good.
It was advertised as a boutique hotel, but I did not feel it was a boutique hotel. It was attached to a Holiday Inn. It costs $40+ per day to park a car. I was told wine was a part of happy hour...$5 per glass. Asked if they had a red blend wine. Was told yes. Had a glass and later found out on bill that it was $14 per glass. Bartender did not tell me my request was not part of happy hour option.
Location, style, friendliness of staff
Had problems with roomcard and elevator.
Nice boutique hotel with fun and unique decor, and a great shuttle service within three miles of the hotel makes going out on the town a breeze.
Poor service at the in hotel restaurant. Young staff at the front desk were sparse on help or information. Great location, but at a steep price.
