The breakfast was limited but hey when we are in a winter storm just glad I had a place to stay warm.

Toilet wouldn't flush, hot water was warm at best, parking was almost as much as the room. The front desk person was rude, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I might as well have stayed in a motel 6 with the quality I received.

This was honestly the worst hotel experience I have had. The elevators, toilet and shower didnt work and someone threw up in the hall and stairwell. The entire place was also really run down. There are alot of hotels in the world, Stay somewhere else.

The hotel could have been cleaner. The staff could have been more friendly. One employee cursed 3 times while I was standing beside the counter while she spoke with her coworker. She was speaking as if no one was around.
Great hotel friendly staff and had an amazing view of DT. Please note all the reviews that say they make you stay at the holiday inn are referencing stays between M-Th. This is due to a precaution taken by the hotel for COVID. Call first to double check
Clean, updated, comfortable bed. Downtown location. Walking distance to many restaurants and businesses.
No parking. $30/night if you want to park in the garage. Would have liked to know about the parking situation before getting there. Homeless everywhere. Apparently hotel is next to a homeless facility.
