Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the comfort of the beds. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, presence of insects, and unpleasant odors. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests finding staff helpful while others noted inattentiveness or lack of friendliness. Breakfast offerings were generally considered lacking in variety and quality. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness and breakfast are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
