Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Truist Park and local attractions, making it convenient for events and sightseeing. Many found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, with positive experiences at check-in and throughout their stay. Breakfast was frequently highlighted as a standout feature, with several guests enjoying the quality and variety offered.
