Breakfast was above average and bed was comfy.
Our TV remote was missing batteries, and the man who came to fix it barely spoke to us and attempted to just trade our remote with a different one. The pillows are also very small for a king bed. Also, our first night there someone tried to open our door in the middle of the night, it was very unnerving. Check out times were inconsistent every time information was given.
There are many complains: TV was not working Phone was not working No internet connection There was additional door which was not locked properly In No Smoking room there was smell Room does not look clean I NEED MY MONEY BACK.
It was a place to get off my motorcycle and take a shower...
Where do I start? - there was an event going on in the courtyard on the backside of the hotel, and staff failed to even warn me. - I was given a room right next to said event - event was allowed to play very loud music until 0200-0230AM - when I complained to the front desk they said "we don't tell people about the event. You can see the chairs and tables." Except you can't until you're on the backside of the hotel, at which point I was already checked in. - When asked why the event was allowed to disturb other guests until 230AM, Sanjiv Patel merely shrugged - dingy/dirty - sink and/or toilet had leaked everywhere - nonsmoking but smelled of smoke - cigarette burns in the comforter - Pool was not maintained. I had booked a place with a pool to relax after 8.5 hours on my motorcycle, but it was so dingy and had green algae or something growing in the pool, so I decided not to chance it.
Bed was comfortable and things to do close by.
Breakfast was cold when we arrived.
The bed was so comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and the vibe was safe.
Just because they have it, doesn't mean you want i
The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. The staff was efficient and courteous at the front desk. Parking very easy. Room was well equipped to have a small fridge and microwave.
The eggs and sausage at breakfast were truly inedible. I have never tasted anything approximating eggs and sausage like it. I would have much preferred nothing at all. Normally if there was one thing that was "meh" I wouldn't mention it, but there were several little things so I feel compelled: The ice machine near us was non-functional, there were light bulbs out in the room, the outlets (only one available in an awkward place) were so worn out our cell phone charger wouldn't stay in the wall. The grounding (third wire) on the microwave was defeated and plugged into a 2-prong extension cord that didn't appear to be anywhere near rated for a microwave (discovered on my outlet odyssey). The TV was an old tube, fuzzy, well worn, and the remote buttons barely worked - had to press real hard. Didn't complain as with this many shortcomings I couldn't be troubled.
Staff was very friendly
Pool was filthy ..
