Pros (+) Great overall service...front desk,valet,housekeeping and restaurant service and bartenders....excellent!
Cons (-) We awoke about 3:30-4:00am to an EXTREMELY strong smell of marijuana...ugh..it literally was coming into the room through the door base and upon opening the door...the hallway was saturated. We had to put damp bath towels under the door to alleviate the odor. Also, my daughter called the room a couple of times from her work to only be addressed by a snarky hotel operator...otherwise a great stay.....

Pros (+) I love staying at the Grand Hyatt ! The staff always remembers us and are always so helpful, the food is great, they have a very nice bar area that we enjoy coming to after dinner, and once you get there you really don't have to get back in your car because the driver can take you most places!! A great place to stay for a weekend!
