You can tell this is a new facility… And in that aspect it was clean and tidy… Unfortunately, there are several things lacking in the design… The room is too minimalistic. It had 4 inches of hanging space for dresses and suits and shirts etc.… Basically a peg sticking off of the wall was the only place to hang anything in the room. there were no towel bars in the bathroom. Cons (-) room was disgusting, sheets were stained, hole in the wall in the bathroom, room stunk of smoke, lock was broken off the door, curtains were stapled to wall we paid $480 for room and got a room that wasnt worth 20 very very unhappy

Cons (-) The entrance was blocked by what looked like crackheads smoking cigarettes. The door was broken and the upholstered furniture in the room was FILTHY. Bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable.

Cons (-) Where do I start? It was hot and muggy in the lobby. Clerk had friends hanging around watching tv and chatting with him behind the counter. They clearly did not work there. Same thing happened with the female clerk the following morning. She sat there chatting with a friend behind the counter, who, again, was definitely not an employee. No elevator - just stairs.
