The first room we were assigned smelled as if someone one had just smoked in it and left. Very strong odor. We were assigned to another room that had no bath towels in it. Housekeeping promptly brought the towels to us. Breakfast was good, but not included in the price of the room.

Pros (+) Nice facilities. Nice room.
Cons (-) Staff aloof and distracted at check in. Room service stopped 90 minutes earlier than advertised. They were overwhelmed due a storm and a special event, and they just stopped answering the phone.

Pros (+) The location, staff, facilities, and beds were amazing. The staff during check in and out were both so friendly and helpful. We had trouble with the tv remote and purchasing a movie and the lady that hel D at check out went above and beyond what one would expect to rectify the situation.
Cons (-) Had a small problem with the tv remote. It didn't work properly. But it could have been me.
