The staff are incredibly helpful. I arrived 7am but they still let me check in early and have breakfast that morning. This meant a lot after a long overnight bus. The room was huge with the bed so comfortable and relaxing. There were not many guest staying so the hotel felt very peaceful and quiet.
It's about a 20 mins walk from the main square which I didn't mind but worth bearing in mind.

Karla is an incredible hostess. She was very accommodating and made sure we always had what we needed! We returned from a 2 day trek, she had already placed our bags in a new upgraded room. She booked our early morning taxi and made sure we had lunch for the airport! We can't rave about her enough. The staff was very friendly and we had a very enjoyable stay!

Comfy Bed, and great bathroom facilities. Great service, and great breakfast - loved the scrambled eggs and ham!
Although, I didn’t like the location of the hotel. It can get quite noisy from the streets below, so make sure you bring ear plugs or headphones. Also, the doors let in cold air as they are not fitted correctly (easy fix though by putting a towel at the bottom!).
