The location is great ... the pools are amazing
Well a lot of things in our room didn’t work.. Had maintenance to Our room a few times a day everyday and they didn’t fix what they were supposed. We didn’t have mini bar and when called to get one it took 4 or 5 calls to have it delivered ... the alcoholic drinks were expensive but had no alcohol in them
I used to go to Mövenpick Tala Bay and I still do. This time things are little bit different because of Covid-19 circumstances. So, some pools are closed and some services are not available. However, I understand the hotel procedures to keep their customers safe. I would like to thank Mr. Tareq in the reception for his cooperation with the guests and his nice welcoming. His quick reaction made everything easier and more comfortable.
quite and calm
