Summary of reviews
Guests say
The hotel receives praise for its convenient location near attractions and restaurants, and some guests found the pool and breakfast to be enjoyable. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with the pool and hot tub being closed or poorly maintained, cleanliness concerns in both rooms and common areas, and inconsistent service. Breakfast quality and variety are described as average, and some guests experienced problems with amenities and upkeep. Overall, while there are some positives, the hotel struggles with maintenance and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
