We liked everything! The staff were very very helpful and patient with us being English speakers and in our late 60’s. The Onsen was spotless and had an outside pool, sauna and cold water plunge pool. The meals were outstanding in all respects. The complimentary shuttle from Aomori station and back again made getting to Hotel Jogakura extremely easy. A great place to stay and we plan to return again.

The maisonette room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Meals were great.
The onsen was very dissapointing for this area and level of establishment. The loungewear provided by the hotel was worn and polyester -not comfortable.
