Staff were extremely friendly
Furniture is getting dated. Mattress was starting to sag.
Pool was great. Nice all around
Relish the restaurant was great.
Hornets in window sill, bug in salad, door left open by cleaning service and after a week of staying there and all the nonsense listed above allow a late check out by one hour. After discussing with management the issues above, no formal apology or compensation offered. Stay elsewhere! There is a holiday inn 50 feet away.
Poor Communications with Guests Regarding Fire Alarm
Executive Section with complimentary appetizers and morning pastries.
We arrived on a Thursday and stayed 3 nights. The second night, Friday, we were awaken by a fire alarm at 2:45am. We dressed and headed out into the hall where we met other guests returning from the lobby. THEY informed us that it was a false alarm. No one from the hotel EVER spoke with us about the incident. We left the hotel on Saturday before 11am for a day out, we returned that night to find our room had NOT been serviced! The bed was not made nor clean towels left so we called for towels. Upon checkout, NOTHING was said about either situation - no explanations nor apologies. They asked if a receipt had been left under our door - it had not. Apparently someone on the staff did not do their job.
It was overall a very nice and well decorated hotel. The customer service was amazing and very much worth the price,
Room wasn't ready ontime
