The front desk tried to help with WI FI problems with no luck. So...she was nice
They were remodeling and very dusty. The 1st floor, where the restaurant was, in the midst of remodeling that floor too, had a very strong odor of backed up sewer smell. It was nasty. I didn't even get my free breakfast because the smell was so strong and dust EVERYWHERE. I saw NO extra measures of disinfecting at all with the corona virus outbreaks. No sanitizing of highly touched items or places. Actually, no sanitation was seen at all. Only saw the front desk worker, and I was in and out my whole stay. Didn't even see 1 housekeeper. Would NEVER stay here again. It was way over priced for a honeymoon suite with a jaccuzi tub that was only the size for one person!! Save your hard earned money and stay somewhere else. We wish we did!!

Location to events we were participating in.
Whole hotel common area was under construction. We weren’t told this at booking. The “restaurant” was a small conference room. Not great for a breakfast w a hockey team. Also, from Friday, the whole hotel was seemingly overrun with folks smoking marijuana. The smell was everywhere. The staff also wasn’t accommodating or sympathetic to our needs given the construction.

Pool area and water was cold. Grandsons love to swin in pools and it was not comfortable to swim in the pool.
