Cons (-) The room is a little worn and the hot water in the shower was hard to regulate the temperature.

Pros (+) The location was decently close. The gift shop/ restaurant was nice.
Cons (-) Beds were very uncomfortable, people running back and forth upstairs all hours of the night/morning. Hotel was really dated, paint worn off the baseboards/ door jams and not in good condition- shower was not repaired correctly, the toilet backed up in 2 different rooms. There was something on the bathroom wall that was the ENTIRE four days. Will not be returning.

Pros (+) This hotel is literally across the street from both Disney parks. It is very clean and the Pizza Press restaurant is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved it and intend to stay at the Anaheim Hotel every visit.

Pros (+) Perfect location for walking distance to Disneyland resort. Facilities were nice with a pool and fitness center if that’s what you’re interested in.
Cons (-) Some rooms has microwaves/refrigerators and others didn’t. Price was a little more than expected to pay for this time of year.

Pros (+) It was right across the street from Disneyland which made it a super easy walk with the family. They also provided early check in.
Cons (-) There was hair from the previous guest on the bathroom door, on the floor in the bathroom and the tub. It needed a better cleaning.

Pros (+) I stayed at the Anaheim Plaza Hotel and Suites for 1 night. I had to pay for parking, which is $10/day, I was double charged for my room, and had to pay a $100 deposit. I called to complain about being double charged and was told that it should be released in 5 business days. If not, I should call my credit card company and complain so that they will return the charge. That's awesome!! Thank you s...

Pros (+) The staff were understanding, but their hands were tied as far as the new management's expensive policies.
Cons (-) The new management charges $10 per night for parking, and a $100 deposit on your room! All fees for cribs and extra beds went up by $10. The facilities are old and run down. The cable was spotty and in and out on every channel. The wifi was uselessly slow. It was a ridiculously bad stay for us.
