Pros (+) Good location. 10 min walk to convention center and Disney Land across the way. Lots of restaurants within a 2 min walk.
Cons (-) Hair all over the shower walls and dirty when we checked in.

Pros (+) The location was perfect. The staff was super welcoming. You can watch fireworks from the sidewalk. Comfortable beds. High pressure shower. Free parking.
Cons (-) The doors shut loudly. Lots of street noise. Carpets turn your feet black.

Pros (+) Great Location and good price.
Cons (-) Operators friendly but didn't have any idea on public transport and anything other than recommending expensive tours. Needs some repairs - i.e. the tap is half broken off the wall. Great idea to have a microwave but absolutely no kitchen utensils etc. Couldn't even make a cup a tea.
