Cons:They can't help that they are located between a busy freeway and local 6 lane roadway. However, they provide earplugs, which we didn't use because the noise is easily negated by running the fan in the HVAC unit.
Cons:So noisy! Freeway noise, kids running up and down the outside hallways, thin walls, and closing doors shook the room. Overall, a cheap old building that needs improvement.
Cons:Close to freeway so the sound of cars becomes white noise.
Cons:Outside corridors. Not like a normal four points
