Our slow draining shower
Staff, Pool, Bar, Ease of getting around
Age of the hotel, restaurant staff - lack of attention when people walk in, no elevator - I was with my sister in law who was handicap, distance to rooms
What you most want in a Disney vacation.
The location was walking distance to the parks and downtown Disney, even for a 7 year old. The staff was really great and patient even as it was getting busy. The beds are really comfortable. The A/C is cold. And, everything was very clean.
There's only one small pool and hot tub. The smoking location was next to the walkway that you have to walk down to get to the entrance into one of the buildings.
Good service but need some upgrade to the facility
Nice building, garden and swimming pool. Shuttle service to Disneyland is a great bonus!
Facility is a bit old: there was no auto room temperature control (you can only manually adjust the fan speed of cool air), shower's water pressure is low, WiFi is too too too SLOW.
Best to stay here than the nearby park hotels
I paid far less than the cheapest nearby park owned hotel, the room was huge and comfortable , paid parking is cheaper, and free shuttle service! My family was also greeted by a princess during our breakfast! The buffet was good and service was great! I will book here again.
Lots of hallways.Easy to get lost. Not enough parking in the back of hotel.
Lovely rooms Comfy beds Beautiful gardens Pool area nice w/cabanas Wonderful convenient store Free shuttle to the park
Pool needs new tile Lots of construction Noisy at fireworks time Confusing layout of property
Overall great, some areas could improve
Pretty great hotel for the price and location! Clean and comfortable, and free shuttle service to Disney!
We had some issues with the air in our room that we never really got sorted out. We were only there for 3 nights, so it wasn’t a big deal, but if we had stayed longer it probably would’ve been an issue. Our water in our shower also never got too hot or had great pressure, again not a big deal for a quick trip though! Also, the wifi didn’t work. None of these things were big deals and didn’t take away from our overall experience though!
Great location and value
Loved the location close to Disneyland. Easy shuttle to and from the park every 30 minutes. Great pool for kids with a hot tub. Gardens, fountains and trees outside were beautiful and the huge fish tanks in the lobby too. Nice restaurant and convenient store. Easy parking.
Shower had a very slow drain and the drain made a weird growling sound when the kids were in the tub.
We didn't like that when booking through Kayak it seems like you are booking a king. When we got to the hotel the front desk said we had the "option" for a king but we would have to put notes. That was not clear, and we had an extra bed for no reason. We would have preferred a king, and we were told by the front desk girl when we checked in that we wouldn't be able to get a king that night, but the next day we could. So we went to the front desk and the girl that day said we couldn't. Nobody tried to work with us, and it was my birthday weekend. so the service at the front desk was off.
I really enjoyed the convince of the shuttle to go to Disneyland since I was taking my toddler and not having to find parking. The rooms were spacious and bed super comfy, big fan of the heavy ish comforter to help me sleep. I honestly don't expect luxury so to me the room was more then perfect for what I need at a wonderful price, I definitely will return for another stay next vacation.
The only thing was the room doors are soo heavy so tryna get in and out of the room with a stroller is a little difficult
The castle theme was so fun! And you can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the courtyard.
Parking cost should be included in room price
Family Disney Trip
Loved this hotel! It was in a great location — super close to the parks and Downtown Disney. The room was spacious and super comfortable. The free shuttle made it super easy to get to and from the park. We will definitely be back!
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything was great and the staff went above and beyond for us. Our mini fridge didn’t work the first night and I lost my daughters milk in the fridge — room service sent up a cup of milk for me super quick and didn’t charge me. I very much appreciated them going above and beyond for me with something that simple!
