Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poor maintenance as major issues. Service was also criticized, with complaints about unresponsive staff, unresolved maintenance problems, and lack of communication. However, the breakfast consistently received positive remarks, with many guests enjoying the food and the staff at breakfast. The hotel’s location was also appreciated for its convenience, and some guests liked the amenities such as the pool and gym, though these were sometimes offset by maintenance or cleanliness concerns.

Pros (+) We stayed here as a base camp for a Disneyland trip on Christmas. It was fine and the location was an easy drive to the park. I’d stay again from that perspective. Staff was friendly and helpful. Value for money was also ok on its own but much better given other properties a few minutes closer to the park. If you’ve stayed at an embassy before, this one is pretty much by the book, and you know wha...
Cons (-) Our room cleanliness was ok. Not pristine, but not unhealthy either. I was somewhat disappointed in this because for $178/night I would expect pristine, but the kids didn’t notice and we were comfortable so it worked.

Pros (+) The staff at reception Anna and Edith were truly amazing. They get 10/10 for proffesionalism and care. Free cocktails for happy hour and free vegetables and dips/popcorn etc Great comfortable rooms.
Cons (-) You can either have: Air conditioning. Or heat. Not both at the same time. I guess not a modern system where u can choose what u prefer in your own room. Heat only comes on when it’s 50 degrees or lower outside. Well it was 51 degrees and freezing. They lent us a space heater and extra blanket.

Cons (-) The happy hour snacks could use a little more thought. The lighting in restaurant is more cafeteria style than dinner appropriate.

Pros (+) the rooms were clean and up to date.
Cons (-) when you check in the desk needs to inform the guest how to use the key to get into the room. We had problems with the key not coded but we didn't know how to use it, because the door said to tap the card and is doesn't work that way you have to hold it for a few seconds in front of it. Otherwise good stay.

Pros (+) Shuttle service to Disney that runs every hour on the hour at a small fee.
Cons (-) The location is next to a club called calls and if you are staying anywhere between Thursday-Sunday, it is impossible for you to leave the hotel past 8pm because if you do, you will not have a place to park due to the high volume of people attending the club. Aside from that, the pools was closed for 1 day due to "who knows what" but I can probably guess that it had something to do with the 20+ ki...
