Incredible room Very romantic with a huge jacuzzi bath Great breakfast and great staff
Very comfortable bedding. Jacuzzi bath. Canal views. Professional staff.
The staff offered a superior service from start to finish. Very attentive and welcoming, and professional to - boot. The view over the canal was fantastic to wake up to. There were super comfy mattress toppers on the bed, which was very nice after a long day on foot exploring the beautiful city. Would highly recommended this establishment. I generally don't review an hotel, but exceptions are made for exceptional service.
Great location about 10 minutes walk to the main square .I would say this is one of the best hotels in Amsterdam and the team that run the hotel do a great job nothing seemed to be a problem it was that good old British B&B that you love staying in were its so welcoming and friendly it makes you feel it was worth much more than the money you spent. would i go back i think it was that good id just have to as your treated like family .
Location was wonderful and the hotel was decorated in an opulent baroque style, which made it very warm and atmospheric. Staff were very informative, enthusiastic and polite.
Excellent Staff and great breakfast!
Didn't like the bath tub in the bedroom... it should be in a separate room.
