Both Ricardo and Fergus were exceptional staff members, having my wallet stolen before flying out all the staff made me feel relaxed and at home.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The place is quite stylish, has character. The dining hall is nice as well as the front lobby. Beautiful and safe neighborhood
The carpet in the room can use an upgrade. The sinks/vessels were a little cute (minor). Would love to have more selections for breakfast (like bacon, eggs, hotdogs, veggie choices, etc). Otherwise, we love the place!
