Great location! And the staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel is clean and adequate, good value for the money and location. Rooms and bathrooms are tiny, but that seems fairly common in Amsterdam. Would recommend!

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions and transport. The staff received positive comments for being friendly and helpful. However, many guests were disappointed by the very small room and bathroom sizes, as well as issues with cleanliness, including reports of odors and stained linens. Bed comfort was another concern, with several guests mentioning worn-out or uncomfortable beds. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and service, but room size, cleanliness, and bed comfort need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
