Cons (-) False advertising - Pool and spa closed for at least 9 months. Side and rear door's card readers inoperable. No card reader on one front door isolated from front desk access door. Old cigarette burn hole on one of the queen bed spreads. One ice machine has been broken for over 9 months. First floor carpet replacement is still incomplete after at least 9 months.
