The hotel couldn't find my reservation even with the reservation number and apparently can't look them up by last name. It smelled horrible and wasn't clean. The fire alarm was falling off the wall. The shower spicket was also falling out. Bed was dirty and not comfortable. Also did not feel safe at this hotel. Would not stay here again or recommend.
We keep coming back
This was the third time my family and I have stayed here. It's not the brightest or shiniest hotel. But, for the price, location, and indoor pool and spa, you can't go wrong. The staff was kind and courteous. We will be coming back next year when the kids visit their grandparents.
The air conditioner.
The smell, dirtiness, noise, lighting, amount of outlets, small bathroom, etc..... disgusting.
Not luxury, but comfortable.
While it cannot be considered high class or luxury, the facility is comfortable and clean. The staff is helpful
Heater/air conditioning systems are funtional but old and a bit noisy. Breakfast is seriously limited.
Poor staff undercuts otherwise comfortable stay
Convenient location, nice indoor pool, low cost
Rude, not people-friendly staff from manager on down; dirty/old carpet in open areas; general appearance of not keeping up with maintenance.
The hot tub
Fisrt of the customer service was horrible, I get to the room and the toilet was clogged with the previous guess business, disgusting! I told the front desk employee and she said " there are maintenance upstairs if you want you can go tell them" first of im the customer! I shouldn't be the one looking for someone, second of all should of give me another room , I had to go to another hotel witch btw was better , third of all the employee had a disgusting attitude, never again!
bare bones for price
The staff were nice but limited by facility.
No gym equipment. Smelled of smoke. Cleaning was poorly done. Place is old. And needs upgrade badly.
Convenient, with great staff
The location in the Allentown area was convenient to major attractions, and quiet at night. The continental breakfast was average, though they did have extended hours of food availability
The shower head had mold on it and the hair dryer didn't work. However, when reported to the staff they replaced both swiftly, so no real complaint
Inexpensive and in a great location, easy on/easy off of the highway. The room was neat and clean and included Internet and a free simple breakfast.
For a multiple-night stay I would pay extra for a little nicer hotel.
Dated small rooms
