Happy with the whole experience
We liked the location as it was away from the hustle of the city but so convenient to go by tram into the city. Good restaurant nearby.
There was no fridge in our room.
From the outside you think it doesn’t look the nicest hotel but inside everything is modern, clean and eye catching. The rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday to a high standard. The staff are friendly and courteous so overall it is a good hotel.
Only complaints was lack of fridge in the room to store drinks plus we didn’t have a balcony which was a shame but we booked late so couldn’t complain.
The room was very good and spacious
Very strange hotel. Underneath block of flats. The pool was away from hotel and communal with flats.
The hotel is situated in the middle of a larger residential area as it shares three floors within a large apartment complex. Access is a little complicated when you first approach the property, but they have done a good job with the signs to alert drivers to their whereabouts. Beware of the parking facilities, as the spaces offered by the hotel are a little complex to access and only a small hatchback car will be able to fit. There is no chance of park a large saloon car or 4x4 and the couple checking in before us had to give up the space as they were unable to fit their car. The pool is ok and my children were happy to use it, although it feels a bit like a municipal facility, rather than a private pool. On the plus side there is a lifeguard who also mans a well stocked pool bar. Contrary to what the pictures in the booking page might suggest, the beach right next to the hotel is rather underwhelming. You have to take a bit of a walk to access the Albufereta beach. It might not seem much, but when you factor in 35 degree heat and to young children it can feel like an impossible distance.
Our room was at the far end of the corridor and we could hear everyone getting access to the flats around us, as well as loud banging noises every time that the door closed.
