The sight seeing, activities for tourist, and also entertainment. The free bus from the hotel to take us to the beach in the old square and the centre to shop. And also enjoyed eating out at different restaurant tasting different cultures of food.
The beds at the hotel wasn't very comfortable and I found myself tossing and turning to try to get comfy. The breakfast was fine, but we had dinner one night which wasn't to my satisfaction. That's why we started to eat out.
Good for kids, food was excellent!
Entertaining and all inclusive
The location was great, the food was delicious
we would have like to stay longer!
Staff was very nice and friendly. The staff in the grill a la carte resultant were very nice and friendly, Sergio was very funny and helpful. The food was ok but it’s pretty much the same type of food and desserts as the main all inclusive restaurant. The hotel is in a good location and offers free shuttles to the center and back. Our room was clean and spacious, had a balcony and small kitchen.
No proper entertainment area at night so there’s no atmosphere at night. For big families it makes sense to stay there as rooms are spacious and there are plenty of children in the hotel, but if you are a couple I would highly recommend a different hotel. It’s not worth the money you pay for it. The food is ok, don't expect too many options, only for salads. - they have wine tab and beer and the wine is very watery. Desserts are ok. There is water dripping from one of the aircon machines in the 5th floor. The water drips in the middle of the hallway and they have a big bucket to catch it. - We saw the bucket the whole time of our stay. The piña coladas and mojitos are served from a premix dispenser machine. No snaks bar like most all inclusive hotels. 5:00pm is the latest check I have ever seen, we were arriving late anyway, but I found this a bit exaggerated specially when check out is between 9-11am and late check out is not an option (we were told).
I enjoyed the hotel as an overall experience. The all inclusive was very useful as you get breakfast, lunch and dinner, free wine and beer in the pool bar and free spirits and cocktails in the inside bar all day up to 11pm. The outdoor pool was excellent as well as the indoor pool. The shuttle bus during the daytime to the Old Town was very useful.
The buffet food was a bit repetitive, but still a bit selection.
