Good location, large and clean room. Good parking.
Self check in and DIY breakfast made it feel more like an air bnb than a hotel. However all of the food for breakfast was great quality.

The building was beautiful - a lovely old house along the park. The rocking chairs out front were perfect for enjoying a morning cup of tea. The kitchen was well stocked with thoughtful items - particularly enjoyed my lox, cream cheese and sesame bagels! The room was quiet, the bed super comfy and bathroom more than adequate. This will definitely be our go-to spot when we come up to visit friends!
I'd love to see a hook installed on the back of the bathroom door as an extra spot to hang towels to dry. We ended up having to hang one over the top of the bathroom door to dry. Other than that, perfect for our needs!

Big room (#1) and bathroom. Historical features preserved. Self-service kitchen well provisioned. Ample free parking. Movie streaming app. Very good WiFi. Good location for downtown, Capitol and museums.
Room #1 has windows which overlook the porch, so if someone is sitting there he or she is right behind your window. Proximity to the entry door can wake you up at night when the door closer slams the door or people are noisy. Personally the both above were not a big deal for me.
