Pros: Great location close to the airport and walking distance from our car rental (Payless). We had to drop the car off the night before to avoid being charged an extra day so it worked out quite well. The place is simple and perfect with the location for an early flight.

Pros: My initial contact was away on business but was welcomed by her father who spoke no English but translated by Google. Apartment was good and comfortable. Breakfast excellent with lots of coffee. I was staying whilst enroute to the north after my long flight from the UK. A lovely family establishment and very secure. They were extremely helpful in ordering me a taxi and met all the family in the garden. Highly recommend if need a place close to the airport. Room was furnished with drinks in the fridge.

Pros: Great location close to the airport and walking distance from our car rental (Payless). We had to drop the car off the night before to avoid being charged an extra day so it worked out quite well. The place is simple and perfect with the location for an early flight.
Cons: They ordered us a taxi the night before for our early flight that nevered showed up, creating some extra stress. Luckily, we planned in some extra time for delays and I was able to order an Uber instead.

Cons: The floor was pretty dirty (our feet turned black on the bottoms) and under the beds looked like it had never been cleaned. Also the couch had white splatters on it- possibly from a previous breast feeding guest ;)

Cons: Bed was uncomfortable, sheets, towels threadbare. No safety chain for locking door. Breakfast was served with no choices. Had to knock on door to receive a second cup of coffee. No proper lighting to tell it was the place we needed to arrive at. On our own in the middle of the night we would have never found it.

Cons: The beds were hard and the sheets were paper thin. The bathroom smelled awful and the toilet seat was cracked in 3 places. There were bugs in the room. No air conditioning. There were dogs barking all night long.

Cons: The bedroom had screened windows open to the kitchen so it was impossible to sleep after breakfast started at 7am. I came in on a 2am flight.

Cons: No dislikes come to mind. It’s rustic and clean. A good introduction to lodging Costa Rica style.

Cons: Two of us were put in a very small room (#13) that was obviously an afterthought wedged between two buildings, quite possibly because we booked it on Black Friday at a promotional price. #13 and most probably the rooms in the block beside it were assaulted with an objectionable sewer smell. The bed frame was poorly made and had sharp protrusions that were dangerous in such a small room. We asked for a fan, but it did not arrive.
