Cons (-) They were unable to help me what so ever/ give me a refund when a reservation got messed up. A hotel this highly rated should go all out in making the guest comfortable and make their stay as smooth as a possible. NOT DOUBLE CHARGE for a room and REFUSE to give my money back.
