Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are overwhelmingly negative, with the most frequent complaints centered around poor cleanliness, including dirty rooms, presence of roaches, stained bedding, and unpleasant odors throughout the property. Many guests also reported issues with unhelpful or rude staff, management problems, and unsatisfactory service experiences. However, a few positive notes were made about the hotel's convenient location near stores and restaurants, as well as its affordable pricing and, in some cases, comfortable beds. Overall, while some guests found value and convenience, the majority were dissatisfied due to significant cleanliness and service issues.
