Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are highly polarized. Many guests complained about poor cleanliness, with repeated mentions of bugs, roaches, dirty rooms, and stained linens. Service is also a major issue for some, citing rude or unhelpful staff, refund problems, and lack of customer care. Bed comfort and room maintenance are often criticized, with uncomfortable mattresses and broken amenities. However, several guests praised the staff for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, and some appreciated the convenient location near attractions and shopping. Overall, while some guests had positive experiences with the staff and location, cleanliness and service inconsistencies were significant concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
