Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciate the hotel's convenient location and some found the facilities comfortable. However, many reviews highlight serious issues with service, such as unprofessional or rude staff, lack of clear information, and poor response to guest needs. Cleanliness is also a concern, with reports of bugs, inadequate room cleaning, and maintenance delays. Overall, while the location is praised, significant improvements are needed in service and cleanliness.
