Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many also enjoyed the food and bar offerings. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, outdated rooms, and a lack of elevators, making accessibility difficult. Some guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the quality provided, and there were complaints about noise and uncomfortable room features. Overall, while the location and staff were highlights, improvements are needed in room quality and value for money.

Pros (+) It was a decent place overall but really felt like a motel. It was pretty cheap compared to some of the other places. Staff was so amazing and very accommodating.

Cons (-) It seriously needs refurbishing. Definitely for the older crowd as in 60+. Room had some fraying in the carpet and the bathroom had a lip on the foor where you would accidently hit your toes on. If they burn a wood fire downstairs the fire smell comes into the hotel and in your room making you think there is a fire.
