Pros: Fantastic customer service, they upgraded when possible and offered to allow me to stay late due to a late flight. The grounds were immaculate, rooms gorgeous, bed comfortable and very well kept.
Cons: The floorplan and connections to nearby buildings is bit intelligent. The spa requires walking two corridors and two floors, the promenade is not air conditioned space meaning a sweltering walk to get anywhere from the lobby.

Pros: With a midnight arrival it was great to have a short walk to the Premier Inn. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle bus that goes to some of the tourist areas. A short and relatively cheap taxi ride to Yas Island attractions. Room was comfortable. Good restaurant in lobby area.
Cons: Didn’t service the room on the second day until very late in the day, even though we had left the card on the door and had been out for most of the day.

Pros: The room was exceptional! Great hotel with a great location. It's easy to get anywhere in the city and cabs are always around with Al Wahda Mall next door. The pub downstairs had a good band and the drinks were reasonably priced. All of the hotel staff were friendly and the room had a great view! Highly recommend staying here!
Cons: The pool is a smaller than similar hotels. Also, don't expect a lot of sun due to the hotel structure.

Cons: Note to hotel: when a guest emphasizes at the front desk how important a non-smoking room is to him, it feels like an f--- you that colors the whole experience to be given a room that smells like smoke and then be told, "it is listed as non-smoking in the computer." Also, the free internet is so slow as to be almost unusable.

Pros: Clean large rooms, great breakfast buffet . Amazing pool, beach and kids play area. Will definitely be back. The Zen spa us the perfect place to relax and get pampered. Lots of amazing restaurant choices well suited for families.

Cons: 1-The bathroom was not clean 2- the shower head was leaking all over the place 3-the toilet was leaking 4-the bathroom was not clean 5-very bad customer services especially from the hotel manager who knows nothing about handling customers 6- unfriendly reception staff (they don't even smile it's like you are going to jail !) 7-very bad parking service they say call half an hour earlier to get you car ready which I did and surprise surprise the car...wasn't ready !) 8- there is a desk but no near by power outlet ...Seriously ! 9- the building is very old and it shows everywhere in the room the ceiling the floor the beds. For the same price you can get a much better hotels.

Pros: This hotel has been around for a good number of years, but don't let that discourage you for a moment. From the moment I walked in, Vivek at the reception was super attentive and helpful up to the extreme, made me feel like they valued my SPG status at all times. Although the property may show signs of aging the interior is well kept and impecable at every place you look at. Yes, the decor may look old, but the rooms are pristine clean and very comfortable; even the bathroom felt as one of a palace. I had a fantastic time, at the lounge the attention from the gentleman there was nothing short of amazing, unfortunately I forgot his name but he does deserve the credit for being wonderful at his job. Will come back any day without a doubt.

Pros: Al diar capital hotel is located in the neighborhood of coniche road and not far from the Abu Dhabi downtown. Lodging charge for a day is also cheap and reasonable. There are special chinese restaurant and rock cafe. It's the best merit of this hotel.
