Cons: The hotel was more basic than I had expected, especially the rooms. We had one issue when we were using the Chrome cast in the evening which suddenly disconnected. When we rang for this to be fixed, the person on duty wasn't able to help.

Cons: Things have changed at this hotel. Wi-fi was non-existent. The drain in the toilet stank. The toilet seat was falling off. The aircon didn’t work. The breakfast was not as good as previously and now some 30-40% more expensive. The security at reception was dubious (‘just pick up your own key from the board if no-one’s there!?’)

Cons: Street noise may require earplugs (occasionally) or the windows closed and without any AC your room became extremely warm, stuffy and uncomfortable even when outside temperatures was mild/cool. We arrived by bus in rain so it was too far from the station to walk in that weather dragging suitcases. Taxi fare is made expensive due to the indirect road route (malls and one way roads). Steep narrow staircases for suitcases

Pros: Good central location. Convenient to most things-----within walking distance of most important destinations. Breakfast good and breakfast staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: With the exception of breakfast, in-house dining options were poor. Food in in-house restaurant was poor and over priced. As a result, we mostly ate outside. Some reception people could have been more friendly.

Cons: I did not stay in the hotel itself, but in a next door building. It wasn't quite clear from the photos that this would be the case, so I have expected a different looking room. There was a loud music outside until almost midnight, the windows were definitely not soundproof. Breakfast was very basic, expected something much better from hotel of this category.

Pros: This hotel is great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast although simple was very good. The automated check in was extremely easy, and the view of the marina from the room really gave a sense of the location.
Cons: The hotel is quite far from public transport, a 10-minute walk down a poorly-lit road with no proper footpath. If you have lots of luggage, take a taxi rather than the bus! Also, the shower in our room was clearly designed by a man - the very large showerhead was held in a set position so it was impossible to stand anywhere except directly under the spray - which made conditioning hair, shaving legs etc a bit challenging.

Cons: My husband and I stayed in Rm 107 in Aarhus and barely had room to turn around. The room seemed like a single into which two beds were placed. No hand towel and no bath mat were provided. Without a mat to step onto from the shower, guests are forced to walk on the carpet with wet or damp feet...not particularly good for the carpet!
