Very comfortable, large room on sixth floor, clean, well-appointed, with a good view and lots of daylight.
No public area in which to sit down. The bar, which did have seating, didn't open its door until 6.00 p.m., whether one wanted to drink something or not.

Great location, easy to find and within walking distance of station and all main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions to restaurants and bars etc. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was decent, there was a lot on offer.
The pay per view film service was very limited - with few films in English and showings only at certain times which did not fit in with our dinner plans etc. As we had an extremely rainy weekend, the lack of a more updated service was notably disappointing.

I had to make changes to my reservations and make a longer stay out of the trip. I called and coordinated the extra days with one of their staff, but after arrival found that they had no record and I ended up stay in an alternative location for one of the extra days

I like the fact that it was walking distance to the pedestrian mall. It is a very modern and clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.
I think that parking is a little expensive, there should be a reduced price for hotel guests. It would be nice to have more English speaking TV stations.

I liked the fact that you could ask that your room not be cleaned every day; the hotel would then donate a few euros to some sort of green charity.”
