Flight delay was informed at the last minute. Food quality is not up to Qantas standard I was unable to book an online boarding pass on any of my 6 flights.

Wonderful crew, good food. Absolutely loved the wine spritz and wish I could buy it!

Boarding was terrible - the ground staff member Fredeya at lax was more military than customer service, have never encountered a customer service representative as rude as her. Apart from that all other staff were wonderful and the flight was good.

My bag didn’t make it but otherwise it was a great experience.

I was in premium economy. My seat didn’t recline much - it was broken. My phone charger didn’t work.

Experience was great. My only advice is to have a pasta dish on the menu. Otherwise everything was excellent.

After flying Quantas (Prem Econ - SYD-SFO) which was Spectacular, we boarded AA flight SFO/PHL.. Prem Econ was NOT available on this flight so we were stuck in Econ - even though we paid $2600 EACH/ONE WAY for this ticket. I even had to BUY extra legroom seats - this AT LEAST should have been included on the AA flight. There were no screens in seatbacks, forcing passengers to use phones for entertainment. No water bottles were provided - only cups of water. The Quantas flight was FAR superior to the AA flight - even though we purchased Prem Econ for the FULL trip....

The catering forgot our baby meal for my 1 year old

I missed my plane because there was a lot of people during the migration process. The airline has the chance to care for their clients and they could get the passengers missing in the flight. I lost a day of work and Montfort transportation to go back home and go to the airport again. Unfortunately the airline doesn’t care about that. I use latam at least 4 times a year, so I guess I need to be treat better. In addition, one on my baggages didyarricw to my destination. So frustrated with this trip.

No air in the middle rows. Had a hard time breathing. Was dying of heat.

Not very good, they nickel & dime you for better seats & pay extra for the checking in bag, bad service all the way around

Flight from Lima to São Paulo didn’t have USB plug to charge the cellphone.

As usual, LATAM tried to rip me off as a Gringo. They ignored the fact that having paid for my assigned seats, I was entitled to one free luggage per person, up to 10kg, and tried to charge me USD40 per item. While they ripped me off by $160 on my outbound flight (4 luggage pieces, which should have been free), I vehemently protested this time around. Note that they only request this from gringos, not from Spanish speakers. LATAM behaves like a racist extortion organization.

This airline is full of junk fees. After paying to get my kids to sit with me, we were asked at the gate to check in our roller bags and pay $40 for each one. Peruvian passengers all took their roller bag in the plane. I don’t appreciate airlines who spot the gringos to tax them more.

Terrible. 2 hour delay. Sat on the tarmac. Missed my connecting flight. Had to ARGUE with Customer service to get a hotel and food. Terrible experience with my loyal carrier

On time every leg of the journey and exceptional staff at counter, gate, and on board. I haven’t travelled in US for a long time and was genuinely surprised how pleasant this was.

The Polaris experience is top notch. From departure lounge to arrival lounge. Everything was top notch. One of the best first class experience

Flight was on time. Staff were friendly. I paid for Economy Plus but was required to check my standard carry-on luggage due to lack of space on the aircraft. This cost me 30 minutes, unexpectedly, in waiting at the baggage claim. This experience did not meet my expectations.

737 Max was leaking water into the cabin through the windows. Overhead bins opened on landing. Bad bad plane.

This flight was a code share on Air New Zealand.

Good boarding. Crew started quick with drinks and food. They came around several times for trash which I really liked. Other than turbulence due to storms in the area, flight was great.

Flight crew and pilots did great. Flight way delayed due to a part needing replacement. Based on what the pilot indicated- the maintenance crew could’ve resolved this more efficiently than replacing whole part- and taken less time

Nothing went smooth. From being threatened to pay $400 for omitting my middle name by agents in India or somewhere. In addition, I couldn't get an answer on how much a third bag would cost despite numerous calls to Lufthansa. Then I couldn't check in online because they wanted evidence of residency. I told them I have dual citizenship but that didn't help. Last but not least, my luggage didn't make it to my destination. I had Christmas presents that didn't get to family members on time. I also had to wait the entire day to have it delivered. I have never had such a bad experience with an airline. This is how you loose customers
