Free water and soft drinks at the lobby was a lovely touch. The breakfast was good. The only issue was the lack of AC. Otherwise, a lovely hotel in the old city.

Pros (+) Location, quiet yet central in old town.
Cons (-) It is summer - so even in Zurich air conditioning would not go amiss.
