Pros (+) Staff were amazing and helpful. Hotel was in a great location and was very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Palace Hotel
Pros (+) Warm, helpful staff. Lovely lobby area, central location with easy walk to Old Town area along a shady promenade. Very good condition, with excellent breakfast and good value. We would stay here again.

Pros (+) Great value for the money. Staff was very friendly and helpful and provided an incredible dinner recommendation. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) The mattress wasn't as nice and comfortable as we expected, especially relative to the rest of the experience.
Pros (+) Excellent location - we could walk or take the tram to everything. Our room was comfortable, clean and well serviced (requested extra pillows and refills for the mini bar). Loved the indirect lighting in bedroom and bathroom too.
Cons (-) I'm not sure that the hotel can accommodate wheelchair accessibility - there were a lot of stairs. Otherwise no complaints!
