Pros (+) Warm, helpful staff. Lovely lobby area, central location with easy walk to Old Town area along a shady promenade. Very good condition, with excellent breakfast and good value. We would stay here again...

Pros (+) Great value for the money. Staff was very friendly and helpful and provided an incredible dinner recommendation. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Pros (+) Excellent location - we could walk or take the tram to everything. Our room was comfortable, clean and well serviced (requested extra pillows and refills for the mini bar). Loved the indirect lighting...
Cons (-) I'm not sure that the hotel can accommodate wheelchair accessibility - there were a lot of stairs. Otherwise no complaints!
