Pros (+) Warm, helpful staff. Lovely lobby area, central location with easy walk to Old Town area along a shady promenade. Very good condition, with excellent breakfast and good value. We would stay here again.
Cons (-) Fairly small room, as found in most European cities.

Pros (+) Great value for the money. Staff was very friendly and helpful and provided an incredible dinner recommendation. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Pros (+) Excellent location - we could walk or take the tram to everything. Our room was comfortable, clean and well serviced (requested extra pillows and refills for the mini bar). Loved the indirect lighting in bedroom and bathroom too.
Cons (-) I'm not sure that the hotel can accommodate wheelchair accessibility - there were a lot of stairs. Otherwise no complaints!
