Decor was nice everything was clean.
Eggs were gross
My reservation was cancelled. They said my card didn't go through yet I went to a Candlewood Suites and got a room with no problems. Maybe since I cancelled my Friday reservation they gave my room to someone staying Friday and Saturday.
I will NEVER use Kayak again!! You changed my arrival date from Dec 28 (default) to Dec 29 so that I had to pay for a second night that I did not need. I was making reservation at 6pm CA time (Dec28) while traveling through the mountains on Interstate 8. I lost phone signal several times. Even though I saved my choices including the default check in date of 28 Dec. You CHANGED my check in date to Dec 29. I DID NOT CHANGE MY CHECK IN DATE! My phone died so I did not get the confirmation. I WILL NOT make the mistake of using Kayak again! Walt Conavay
It's very convenient and has a really good breakfast.
When we got there the young lady was checking in 5 guys that were there on a business trip. They were to be there for 30 days. Their company had not arranged payment which was a surprise to them. So she had to keep going to the back office where her mgr was to get it straightened out. Meanwhile the lobby is filling up with other guests waiting to check in. Not once did that lazy man come out to help her. When he finally did come out he just walked by everybody. If he worked for our company he would be fired.
The staff was rude
Morning newspaper, nice pool, exercise room
Breskfast area was a mess, trash cans overflowing, waffle maker unusable (waffles kept sticking due to no spray oil available ), tables dirty,
Big comfy bed. Quiet. Lovely staff. Waffles at breakfast. Close to everything you'd need in Yuma.
The TV s were all distorted like the beginning of Independence Day and our sheets smelled like gym towels... Washed gym towels, but still...
Comfy beds. Good hygiene products.
The air conditioner did not work, and stairway smelled funny.
