So I rated my stay as OK (3 stars) but it is more of a 2.5 star review. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quite well appointed, but the Yuma HoJo has not aged well - notably in the bathroom areas, but it is surface paint and evidence of poor repairs more than anything else. Pros (+) I really like the amenities, to include nice pool, BBQ area, gym, and breakfast. The rooms are decent size with refrigerator and microwave, which is always nice. There are a lot of positives; however, there are also a lot of negatives at this location, primarily with the service.
Cons (-) *The service is some of the worst I've ever seen at a brand name hotel chain. Pros (+) I would never stay here again. Booked a disable King Room. It said it was avalible. When we got to the hotel they stated only upstairs, double bed no handicap room. With no elevator. Pros (+) The entrance was good and the breakfast was ok
