When we went down to tell the staff the room is too small for us they gave us another room for free!
5 story building, no elevator or anything else, which was absurd, the room size is so small it is unbelieveable, women bathroom on 5th floor, men on 4th floor, only 1 shower per floor

Staffs are super nice and allow us to leave our luggage till evening to catch our late night flight. It's close to the subway station, and it's also 2nd close to one of stationm where a red the line that goes directly to Tokyo! only 35 - 40 mins you will be there with express train. Google before you get on.
We were only looking for a place to stay at night during the Rubby World Club season. The hostel is very well organized but since there were too many travelers at the same time, I believe the cleaning lady had a hard time keeping up the shower room clean and dry. However, this is also the visitors' responsibility. This neighbourhood is a bit weird. All apartments around this area are hired by elder people. If you are up to a different "night out" experience this is a good place to stay.
