Pros: The breakfast was very nice especially pancakes. The room and hotel was very clean and matrasses were hard and very comfortable.
Cons: The location was perfect close to everything. Lots of thing to see.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location, nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean.
Cons: Matras for me was a little bit to soft.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, staff is very helpful and hardworking. Room is cosy. Pillows are comfy.
Cons: I think you should offer slippers as a must, don’t sell it for 100 RUB, it’s not about your hotel. Breakfast is the smallest I’ve ever seen. Instead of putting two pieces of bread and 3 crepes make your breakfast Continental.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Well located, nice atmosphere
Cons: Wall are really thin and you hear all your neighboors...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very good position in the very heart of the town. Clean and elegant room.
Cons: Toilet could be just a little better (more and bigger towels, hair dryer didn’t work...)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Don't want to out because bed was so comfortable! We enjoyed to stay there! Thank you for the good time!
Cons: This time breakfast was very poor, we aren't satisfied with the quality and quantity of specialties. Hope to see great improvement in this direction soon! Good luck!
10.0 Excellent

Yaroslavl Train Station is 5.7 km away, and Tunoshna International Airport is 28.3 km from Baccara Hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, close to the river but quiet at the same time. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options.
Cons: If I have to find something, I would say the rugs in the bedroom. They did not look very clean. But apart from that I was very pleased.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel appears to be relatively new - furniture and bathroom in the rooms, lobby area, etc. are all shining. Breakfast is decent - not top-notch, but good. The hotel owners definitely invested heavily in this nice hotel.
Cons: Though the owners must have invested in the hardware, it's the people who drive the business, and personnel is the weakness of this hotel. Not that the people were rude, but you'd always get an impression that you're not staying at an international brand-managed hotel. People don't smile and don't say goodbye and don't urge you to come back and stay in this hotel again - all of this is quite telling, but also can be fixed.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We took a suite, the room was big, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Location is good 10-15 min to all places
Cons: Breakfast to be improved not too much choice . At the reception the lady does not speak English
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed in this hotel for one night. It's very quiet and cozy. Standard room is not big, but it's comfy. There is kettle to make tea or coffee. Breakfast was so tasty. Staff is very friendly. Check in and check out took one minute
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness, comfort, staff quite big rooms
Cons: The restaurant timings only, they work till just 20:00.
7.9 Good
Pros: Bright and spacious room, huge and comfy bed. Safe underground parking, nice staff. Overall pleasant interior.
Cons: Microwave dinners in 4-star hotel are absolutely unacceptable. They should rather shut down the restaurant than serve food like that. Soviet-style breakfast - wide variety of meals but again not 4-star level, rather low quality. Bathroom a little bit shabby, no toiletries available apart from soap dispenser and there's no space to put your stuff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious room, carpets on the floor, clean lobby. There were various extra facilities in the hotel (e.g. gym) very nice!
Cons: 'Free' coffee at the breakfast could have been way better. Location should give more options for prepayment, not only private C2C transfer.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location near Jaroslav beautiful city centre and promenade
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Welcoming and friendly staff, parking garage, amenities, food, comfortable and relax atmosphere.
Cons: Small size of the twin beds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is wonderful! We are offered welcome chocolate and wine on their anniversary!

Cons: Breakfast could be better: No fruits and only one kind of juice. Room was ok but beds were too soft. If you want no noise, ask for a third floor room to avoid the restaurant’s music. Shortcoming: it has no elevator but there will always someone to help you carry your luggage

Pros: I could see Ioann's movie items inside the hotel & the church from the window in my room.

Parade Hotel - Yaroslavl - Building
5
9.1 Excellent (1,009 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Parade Hotel in Yaroslavl, you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Museum of the City of Yaroslavl and Church of Elijah the Prophet. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The overall impression is very good. Very clean and comfortable room.
Cons: The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the absence of the elevator.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: -location was super great. -room was cozy and spacious. -My friend accidentally damaged the closet in the room and we reported it to reception. To our relief, they made sure they wouldn't charge us for that at all. Again we are so thankful to the hotel!!
Cons: Breakfast could be improved.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, beautiful building and interior, nice breakfast, big bed.
Cons: The only curtain did not close properly, so the sun was shining brightly too early in the morning. There was a smell in the room of something freshly painted and would not go away after airing the room.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good location, comfortable bed
Cons: Rooms are badly designed, poor breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: it could be better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is great at this hotel. The attached restaurant is amazing.
Cons: As everywhere I stayed in Russia, the curtains do not really keep out light very well and in June the sun is up before 4 am. I mind but many people probably don't care.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very good location in front of a park. Nice, clean room. Child bed arranged as requested. Very well tended.
Cons: No hot water for the night - due to an unexpected break down of the boiler. That cannot be helped, accident do happen. But in such case the receptionist should inform us the guests BEFORE, not after the guests get drenched in cold shower. I repeat: I do not blame the accidents. What matters more is how you handle it - with due care & common sense. Belated apology and 10% discount is not what I call professional handling. That said, a nice hotel in a nice location. Recommendable for couples & families.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location
Cons: The rooms are not worth the money
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff. Location. Reception room.
Cons: Smell in the bathroom.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This is a lovely little hotel in a neo-classical palace in the heart of Yaroslavl, yet very quiet. Staff are most welcoming and helpful, reception staff speak very fluent English. Most rooms are in the attic, but comfortable and cosy. The breakfast is extraordinary, offering some variety, with lots of fresh fruit, Russian pastry, porridge, pancakes and fried veg.
Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: A hotel on the water - the great river Volga! PERFECT! Boats going by when You sleep ....
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location and the building
Cons: We could not do the sauna...
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: If you travel without small children you would like the location and view over the Volga river. Be prepared to staircases both at the hotel and outside to get to the downtown. Kitchen at the restaurant is good.
Cons: Very old and needs to be renovated. Most time unpleasant smell at the room (from bathroom?). All the time you will feel smell from the restaurant/lobby-bar - just from the first step in the hotel. Staircases with old dirty carpet. Very few rooms have a view over the river, some face the technical building. Very, very noisy! You will hear everything and on Friday-Sunday even feel shakes: the music from restaurant is so load that everything is shaking from your bed to the floor. And it is very poor music after all, bad taste. Stops at midnight. Waiters at the restaurant would not give you good advice, one even did not mention that the ordered course included pork (the paper menu does not say it either) - not acceptable. Very long and poor service at the restaurant. The kitchen is not bad at the same time. Never take suite 201: soft furniture is old and have some points from cigarettes. We had to move to two standard rooms from that suite. Location is good to walk along but be prepared to get up staircases if you wish to go to downtown. No facilities outside: any shops, cafe, everything is a minimum of 10-minute walk distance up from hotel. A challenge with small kinds: many staircases and very long service at the restaurant, and loud music at weekend nights.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything, especially the magnificent location, the sensation that we were on a luxury liner!
Cons: No complaints whatsoever.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very pretty hotel right on the water. Quiet and relaxing, and good breakfast.
Cons: You are not allowed to walk around the deck on the outside as it backs onto people's rooms.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast spread and open for a long time allowing lie-ins. Lovely little balcony. Good bed, spotless bathroom. Staff are superb, helped with everything. They give a lunchbox to people who leave before breakfast. Location is wonderful.
Cons: The two sockets are located very inconveniently - for one you have to climb under the table, and the other is on the floor by the door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the town, and the fact that the hotel is right on the Volga. The hotel fits with the feel of the town. It is close to some beautiful sites and we could walk everywhere we needed to be. We ate there for breakfast and dinner and the food was really good. The staff went out of their way to help us. I would highly recommend this hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble! Lovely venue, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would certainly recommend to guests and especially those who don't speak Russian/very well!
Cons: The decor in the rooms is maybe a little old fashioned now but we had everything we needed - Wifi, TV, extras like a heater, iron were available on request. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't offer an opinion on that.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel on the river Volga. Comfortable room, there is TV, bathroom with all equipments. Very good location to reach important places in Jaroslavl. Place very silent. Good views, very near the place strelka. Good breakfast with hot meals.
Cons: -
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Located in the Volga. Gorgeous views of the river.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I still din't understand where was the trap ? It was a fantastic hotel, very well located, perfect room and it costed me the price of a hostel (maybe cause there is no other tourist in winter...) but that was just perfect! I never had such a quality for such a low price. Really still amazed about it (cause most of the places where i stayed in Russia were quite crappy)
Cons: Bathroom outside of my room, but was not a big issue for that price :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The antique ambiance in the hotel is fantastic. Very centrally located, all major attractions are within 10min’s walking distance.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located in the heart of Yaroslavl. The staff is very friendly and always there to help. Our room was amazing! Even though, they don’t serve breakfast there, there is a breakfast buffet in the hotel next door. Next time we’re in town, we will be staying in this hotel again.
Cons: We did not have shower, and water pressure could be stronger
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice small hotel in Yaroslavl city centre, walking distance from the Kremlin and all other touristic attractions. We had a very spacious room. Very good ratio quality/price as everywhere in Russia (much due to the exchange rate Euro - Ruble at the moment).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clean, right in the centre of town and close to all attractions, the room was a LOT bigger than anticipated
Cons: Nothing that’s the hotel’s fault but the church bells in the morning were very very loud when the windows were open

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The rooms were not big, but quite adequate for a short stay. Overall, very nice experience
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were extremely nice and helpful! Room was very clean and quiet. Location is amazing, very close to the centre and relatively close to the train station. Definitely recommend!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: close to public bus (2 minutes), walkable to the main sights (10 minutes), clean, big room with a fridge for a single room, very good deal at the time of the stay (3400 RUR, 1 person, for 2 nights) because of some construction on-site (no noise, just blocked the view of one of the windows, curtains drawn), helpful staff (e.g. with answering bus queries) even if you have to resort to Google Translate.

And a wonderful shopping mall just next to the hotel, you can even spend a whole day shopping here. The price of the hotel is reasonable. Pros: Very nice hotel in Yaroslavl. The location was ok but a bit far from the old part of town. In walking distance of the planetarium. The room was very nice and big! Very nice furnishings also. The hotel had an elite feel to it and staff spoke quite good English. Used the laundry services and was very satisfied. Also the spa area was nice and large enough. Guarded parking a plus!
Cons: The only strange thing was that there is a coffee machine in the room with capsules, usually this is included but we had to pay for each capsule used.

4.2 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Check - in is at another building. Breakfast is at another building. Smoking is not allowed at the whole area of the complex, which is very uncomfortable. You need to walk 5 min to smoke a sigarette. Elevator works very bad, it took us 5 min to reach first floor from the second. When we arrived to the room, we’ve found just one towel in a double-room. Why...? Breakfast is 3 of 10. They were not able to make us Cappuccino (barmen was somewhere). Grilled chicken and pasta for breakfast...? If you prefer lunch instead of the breakfast, you’ll love it.

Cons: The hotel is old without a functioning gym or/and sauna. Walls and furniture has seen it all, showing signs of their hard lives. So value for money doesn’t apply; it have have cost way less. Breakfast is expensive for a regional city, 700 roubles per person. It bothers me a lot a four-star hotel doesn’t offer anemities: I am supposed to squeeze the soap away from a tighly secured to the wall dispenser.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Stay was nice as usual in Radisson hotels
6.7 Good
Pros: Friendly staff who spoke some English. The location near to the main railway station was good for me but is a considerable distance from the tourist sights. A trolleybus runs from the station to near the sights. The laundry service was quick & cheap.
Cons: Air conditioning was not working in the middle of a hot summer. I was told I could open the window but being so close to the railway this is not really an option if you are a light sleeper. No reduction was offered despite the reduction in facilities. Checking in at 10.30pm I was 10th in the queue where 1 member of staff was trying to cope on her own.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All was great indeed! The hotel, welcoming staff, comfy room, cool design, varied good breakfast, 3 min from the railway station, so I just walked, restaurant. many thanks I did enjoy the trip!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location - around 300 m from Yaroslavl glavny railway station and a 15 minute's bus or trolleybus journey from city centre. Quite modern facilities, nice and polite staff

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, lovely restaurant , nice swimming pool
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Modern luxurious building, big rooms
Cons: We thought it was rather inconvenient that one needed to have both a swim hat and rubber slippers to get into the pool. Both were available for sale ( slippers more than 10 euros a pair which for Russia is high) but seems like such a waste to have to buy those because of one time. I understand the hygiene concerns but this should be properly indicated when people book the room with a spa access ( or you might pay for the spa in vain or gave to buy all needed for the entire family)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location and staff
Cons: some problems with air conditioner
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel to stay in Yaroslavl Clean, spacious rooms, nice location Friendly staff at reception Excellent breakfast menu, loved it! Free parking
Cons: N/A
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel lobby and fittings are quite grand. Restaurant did a decent meal, though a little over-priced. Live music in restaurant on Friday night, dancing. Good pool and salt sauna, Finnish sauna hammam (additional cost about 1200-1500 a session, so recommend purchasing a wellness package). Good concierge. Very nice breakfast, plenty of choices Russian and Western. Amusement park and botanical park/churches nearby. Free parking. Reasonably priced room service. Very comfortable bed. Gave us late checkout with no problems.
Cons: Reception friendly and had a pleasant attitude, but perhaps not used to dealing with foreigners so caused some unnecessary bureaucracy at check in. High cost of spa if you have no package. Location is nice but a little out of the city/main attractions.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, the room was big but a little empty. Also visited the gym which was okay All in all quite good value for the money.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bathroom is very nice and modern
Cons: Far from historical city center
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Buffet was great and I loved the fact you guys do espresso as part of the breakfast menu. Nice and friendly staff certainly makes all the difference
Cons: I’d be wonderful to have gym facilities as part of the stay. I might sound too fussy, but quality of water, both in the the bathroom and in the bottles could be improved. Special place for kids might also benefit some :-)
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff,
Cons: No connection between rooms...
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The interior of this hotel is stunning. We booked a junior suite and it was very spacious and comfortable.
Cons: We didn’t appreciate that unless you book the “wellness package” the use of the spa / pool is not free - we had to pay 900 roubles to use the pool. The staff in the dining room were friendly and helpful - and made us a beautiful omelette when we asked but overall the breakfast wasn’t great.

Pros: Staff are really friendly, efficient and helpful - the main reason for me to choose this hotel again and again. Good lunch/breakfast-box if you are checking out before breakfast, optionally vegeterian.
Cons: One time I got a room with a specific smell. Next time I pointed it out on check in and got a room on a different floor, that was smell-free. So in the end things were fine.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location of the hotel is superb. All landmarks are nearby the hotel. Also it was good sanwiches and coffee at the canteen.
Cons: We came to reception 2 or 3 times because our keys did not work and we could not open the room. The personal were not fully competent for checking in me as a foreign citizen.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was almost perfect (around 10 minutes to reach the city center, and next to a very beautiful church). The bedroom and the bathroom were very clean.
Cons: Me and my boyfriend went to Dostoevskiy Hotel between the 2nd of january and the 4th of January during Russian holidays. Thus, the price for one night was very expensive (almost 100euros for one night), but we thought that for such a price the room would be comfortable and welcoming. NOT AT ALL : the room was not big enough to hold our luggages, the bed was hard, and we could hear all the conversations of the people in the rooms next to ours. My advice is to stay at this hotel only if the price for a night is less than 50euros, otherwise pick another one.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, view, clean room
Cons: Old bed, noisy and not comfortable pillows, old bed sheets
6.3 Good
Pros: Hostel type
Cons: Facility
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect and good value for money. Beautiful room. Crazy good breakfast for just R200. Exceeded my expectations.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was amazing.
5.4 Okay
Cons: I was arriving early in the morning at 7 o'clock. I wrote them in advance about my check-in time and asked them if this was manageable for them, like, if I can check-in early. I understand early check-in charges, I'm well familiar with it as I travel a lot. What I really didn't like and what pissed me off the most was, they didn't reply to my early check-in message. Later, when I didn't get any response from their end, I arrived at the exact time that I had written them in the mail. The receptionist there told me that they don't allow early check-ins like this, so they didn't send a reply to my mail. What? Also, they asked me to pay 200 rubles per hour till the official check-in time (14:00)! The early check-in amount till 14:00 on a per-hour basis was going to be almost the price of the room for 1 night. Wow. Also, when I kept on insisting them as I wasn't feeling good that way and it was cold outside as well so I couldn't even go out to wait till 14:00, they pointed me to a small room (4 foot-steps in length and 1.5 foot-step wide). Since they didn't understand english I was using google translate and they too used their translate app to talk. They told me that they would only allow me to stay in that room for 2 hours. Just that. Nothing else. Since I had no other option as it was an early morning, I went there and waited for the time to get over. After 2 hours, I went to the reception to shift me to my room as the allotted one was congesting, they asked me to pay 500 rub extra for that small room they had allotted me for 2 hours! WOW! So, in total, I paid 500 rubles more to the amount I paid for my booked room for one night. It's okay to charge, but when you were allotting me that pathetic small room, you could have told me that it would be chargeable for 500 rubles for 2 hours. I then got shifted to my booked room, which was extremely small for even 1 person (I was travelling solo). Not worth the money.
6.3 Good
Pros: It's a good location. Can't fault them on that.
Cons: I think my room used to be a hallway. Wifi isn't essential to my survival but it would have helped if it worked. The window in my room looked onto another hall. I got what I paid for I suppose, so I shouldn't really complain
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, nice, good location - good price :)
Cons: Everything was great :) We miss breakfast :( the restaurant was close before time
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant value and location. Real gem, sensitively restored (though some rooms very small) and just the job.
Cons: Seriously nice place
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was great, everyday they would change hte sheets and give new towels, location was right downtown, which is a bad thing if you have difficulty walking because restaurants and cafes were like 10 to 15 minutes away. Overall great for the price.
