Guests say
Guests consistently praise the spacious rooms and excellent breakfast selection, with many also highlighting the helpfulness of the staff and the convenient location. However, there are recurring concerns about staff's limited English proficiency, some outdated facilities, and occasional issues with cleanliness and amenities. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its comfort, amenities, and value, but service and facility updates are areas for improvement.
