The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness and modern decor were also highlighted as positives, with many guests finding the rooms comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast received mixed feedback; while some found it good and plentiful, others felt it was basic or the breakfast area was cramped.
