Cons (-) For the price, it worked. We were only staying over night and didn't want to pay over $100. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It seemed like an older facility, but has been kept up.

Pros (+) I had a special request which initially could not be granted. After talking it out with the manager, Becky, they were able to accommodate. She was very personable and understanding - exactly what you want from someone in her position.

Cons (-) Evening staff wasn't the greatest but I've come to expect that most anywhere in the Dells. We decided on this hotel because the description said that Mt. Olympus tickets and Timbavati tickets were included but when we got there we were told that the tickets were only provided during the summer.
