Pros (+) recent renovations or renovations in progress. Common areas clean and new carpet in room and common areas. New curtains. descent breakfast included. appeared to comply with health codes for food.
Cons (-) my room had a lot of black mold in bathroom behind toilet. Toilet chain would not stay on when flushed. hotel was filled, no room available to move to. Did not spend much time in room so it was more an annoyance.
