Pros (+) My desk attendant Brittney was the best! Very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) No fault of the company, but the power outage was unfortunate and made the day pretty long! I would have thought they would have made some accommodations for our stay.

Pros (+) The double full bed room was clean and updated. Loved the longer breakfast that had plenty to choose from.
Cons (-) I only wish there had been a cot available to add to our room since one of my children could not sleep comfortably with her sister.

Pros (+) Proximity to UNSCA where I was dropping off my son was good. You could walk to a couple of restaurants. Breakfast hours were awesome, was able to grab a cup of coffee early before running an errand, then came back and had a full meal and the food didn't taste like it had been out forever. Room was a good size.
Cons (-) Pool could be a little larger relative to size of hotel. Awkward parking lot.
