PROS: The location but not much else.CONS: Had to plug in all the electrical appliances when entering. in that discovery cleanliness, is not just the surface, under the bed, behind the fridge and the cabinet was filthy, left over garbage from others, vacuumed had not occurred. The sheets were clean and the bathroom somewhat, clean. I get it, I worked and helped be a chambermaid for years. It is a thankless job, and the wages are terrible. Noisy guests, and smoking of drugs in the corridors. Not sure these are acceptable practices. It seems these days the hotel franchise owners care only about money, not customer service or pride in their establishments. People are much more willing to stay when even the big hotel chains treat you like a guest, and happy to have you while we as customers try to keep it clean as if our own house, and not be noisy, throw the towels and garbage lying everywhere, or generally have disrespect because you are paying for it. Attitude of the customer. Above that the front desk people require training on customer service, how about treat others as you want to be treated. If it is okay to treat with rudeness etc. then be ready to receive it as well.
