They don’t use their booking site properly. I booked here for the night and went there and they told me I was booked for tomorrow. Tv didn’t work and they kept bothering me and checking to see if I stole or broke anything. When it was time to check out they refused to give me back my deposit even after approving my room as clean.
Cheap motel close to the location we were working at (helping friends renovate a rental property). It's not a great part of town but the motel was well cared for and the manager was friendly enough. The room was clean and I like having a dining table rather than comfy seating. There was no bedside table on one side (my side) so that was a drawback. But the sheets were clean, the room was clean, and we had a microwave and bar fridge as well as a big TV with cable and also wifi. Toilet paper and a bar of soap were provided as well as clean towels and face clothes. No other amenities. We were only there one night and didn't use the shower.
The room smelled musty - probably due to the whole room being carpeted so the carpet probably gets wet with guests coming in and doesn't dry. Also, the door only had a push and turn lock in the knob which stuck. If we had to get out in an emergency, we wouldn't have been able to (room 20). The walls are thin so we could hear the neighbours snoring - glad that's all they were doing.
No breakfast. This is a bare-bones motel that is cheap and convenient for my purpose.
Very clean. The water pressure was surprisingly good. The bed was very comfortable and unusually placed - in a separate "bedroom" without windows, which I liked as it was nice and dark for sleeping. For a one night stay, just for sleeping, it did the trick.
Upon checking in, the attendant in the office wasn't the most welcoming or helpful - I reported that the cable TV channels were scrambled and her advice didn't fix the problem, plus I had to go back to ask for the wifi password. I forgot to pack my shampoo and conditioner, and was disappointed that there were none in the bathroom - just soap. The bedspread looked a bit shabby/unclean, but the rest of the place was spotless.
