Nice people, esp. the owner
For the price we paid off-season, it should have been nicer. Long way from restaurants, etc.
It was neat place with comfortable beds. Staff was good and responsive. Overall liked the stay.
Because it was really cold. Heating control could have been better.
Good service, good reception. The cabin was cosy.
Were were there at the wrong season, that's all. The heater in the cabin worked really well :)
The location was beautiful. We enjoyed the drive out to the property and the walk along the lake. It was nice and quiet during our stay. We appreciated having a fridge, microwave, and dishes available to us.
The heater in the room was not on any thermostat, so we were guessing on where to set it. This left us either cold or boiling. The advertised wifi was not worth the time it took to type it, as it was hard to even get emails to load, much less any of the work I had to do.
The complex was located outside the city limits of West Yellowstone, which I liked. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cabins were duplexes with each cabin sharing a thin internal wall with the adjoining cabin, resulting in very little true privacy. Duplex buildings were very close together, which limited visibility. Although the advertisement for the property implied the lake was visible from the cabins, the lake could be seen from only one, maybe two cabins. The WiFi needed to be upgraded
